Personal Training

Personal training sessions involve working with me on an individual basis. In a session, you can expect personalised attention. I will design a workout plan that suits your goals, demonstrate exercises, provide feedback on your form, and motivate you to reach your full potential.

Session lengths can vary depending on your preferences and schedule. Typically, sessions are between 45 minutes to an hour long, but I can accommodate shorter or longer sessions if needed.

The frequency of sessions depends on my availability, your goals, your availability, and budget. Many clients find success with one to three sessions per week.

Before deciding on a block of sessions, you may have a full 1 hour session with me. If you’re happy and you would like to continue the session will count as a used session in the block you decide to purchase. In the unlikely scenario you’re unhappy, the session will be free of charge.

Yes you will need a membership to enter the gym. You can get that here.

Booking a session is easy! Click the chat icon in the bottom right to send me an email. If you want to get started now you can select a package from my services.

You should wear comfortable workout attire. Bring a water bottle and any necessary medication (if applicable). Please bring a padlock to keep your belongings safe while you train. I will provide all the necessary equipment for your session.

Not at all! Personal training is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. I will customize the sessions according to your current fitness level and gradually progress as you improve.

Results vary depending on factors such as your commitment, consistency, and adherence to my recommendations. With dedication and effort, you can expect to see improvements in overall fitness within a few weeks.

I understand that life can get busy, so I offer a flexible cancellation and rescheduling policy. Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a session to avoid being charged (at the rate of one session).

The DexFit app is a fantastic tool to use on your fitness journey. This is where you will find your unique programme and track your progress. You can even sync your activity tracker for a more comprehensible view. You will be able to message me directly and use the calendar to schedule sessions. 

Online Coaching

Online coaching is a personalized fitness training service offered remotely. It involves tailored workout plans, nutrition guidance, regular support and accountability. All done through my app, DexFit.

Once you sign up for my online coaching program, we’ll start with a comprehensive assessment of your fitness goals, current fitness level, and any limitations or preferences you may have. From there, I’ll create a customized workout plan and nutrition guidance tailored specifically to you. We’ll communicate regularly through the DexFit app to track your progress and make adjustments as needed. I will provide support and motivation along the way.

Online coaching offers several advantages, including flexibility in scheduling, accessibility from anywhere with an internet connection and often more affordable rates compared to in-person training. Additionally, online coaching allows for ongoing support and accountability between sessions, helping you stay on track and motivated towards your fitness goals.

Absolutely! Online coaching can be highly beneficial for beginners as it provides specialised guidance and support every step of the way. Whether you’re new to fitness or have previous experience, I’ll tailor the program to suit your current fitness level and gradually progress you towards your goals.

Not necessarily. While access to some basic equipment like dumbbells or resistance bands can be beneficial, I can design effective workouts using whatever resources you have available, whether that’s a fully-equipped gym, home gym setup, or even just your bodyweight. I’ll work with you to make the most out of your available resources and help you achieve results regardless of your environment.

Communication frequency may vary based on your preferences and the level of support you need. With your membership we’ll schedule a weekly 30 minute check-in via voice call or messaging to discuss your progress, address any questions or concerns you may have, and make adjustments to your plan as necessary. I’m here to provide ongoing support and guidance whenever you need it.

The duration of the program depends on your individual goals, starting point, and progress. Some clients may achieve their goals in a few months, while others may opt for longer-term coaching for ongoing support and maintenance. We’ll discuss your goals and expectations during the initial consultation and tailor the program length accordingly.

Yes, absolutely. Nutrition plays a crucial role in achieving your fitness goals, so I provide personalized nutrition guidance as part of the online coaching program.
